Here are new rumored specs of Canon EOS 5D Mark IV:

  • 28MP full frame sensor
  • 9 fps
  • 4K Video
  • Both the 5D Mark IV and 1D X Mark II update would see the launch of a ‘significant’ advance in Canon’s flash control capabilities.
  • New firmware will also available for Canon EOS 5D Mark III and other recent models

  1. Still falling short of a high MP camera!! My decision to drop my Canon gear for Nikon is again reassured ….

    1. Scott if you want high MP why not get the 5Ds/r? Or are you simply not aware or impressed with a 50MP option?

  2. I would much rather see better dynamic range and ISO performance….video shooters should buy a video camera…..

  3. Good to see that Canon is taking up 4k video functionality, as well. Video functionality gets more and more important in a DSLM; it’s one of the most important criteria when it comes to buying a new DSLM.

  4. They want put 4k in this camera. If they do who would buy there cinema cameras? C100 mk2 only been out for a few months. If they was going 4k it would’ve been there.
