Nikon D700 is one of best and first full frame DSLRs in the world. After about 4 years on the market, Nikon D700 now discontinued in the USA.
If you still need this camera, maybe you can order at Amazon.com via third part sellers.
The successor of D700 is the new D800, and D800 is in stock at Amazon or pre-order at B&H.
